Working across Kathmandu
Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and the heart of the valley — a dense mix of older buildings and fast-growing neighbourhoods. That mix is exactly why homes here need tradespeople who can handle a bit of everything, not just one narrow task.
Typical jobs I'm booked for across Kathmandu: full and partial house wiring, breaker and switchboard work, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, leak and waterproofing call-outs, property maintenance for landlords and tenants, and furniture repair that saves pieces instead of replacing them.
My home base is Thali in the north of the city. I take bookings across Kathmandu and regularly work in Bhaktapur and Lalitpur too — if your location is workable, you'll be told plainly at booking time.

Either. If you're a tenant, it helps to have the owner's go-ahead so urgent repairs are approved straight away.
